Had this message pop up today when I started the SHO "Service Tire Mobility Kit". I have a 2012 w/PP so no spare. Doing a bit of searching and it seems the "foam" canister has a shelf life of 4 yrs. Anyone replace theirs? Anyone have a source other then the dealer? Cost? Bueller? Bueller?
Thanks guys!!!
Mark

Is that all the tire mobility kit is... just a can of foam?

It's a can of foam tire sealant and a compressor, good for a nail puncture but not a catastrophic failure.
It has a high performance air compressor, tire gauge, funnel, and a can of tire sealant, pics below. Z
Don't use the foam! It's not good for your tires. The compressor on the other hand, I found to be very handy for filling up bike, stroller, and car tires.
well, if one is in need to use the foam, chances are that that tire is not good anyway and will need to be replaced. Anyhow, I would not trust a patched tire on my car, especially on a long trip.
If i'm stuck in the middle of nowhere at 3am.Dam right i'm using that precious can to get me from point A to B. Z
I'd rather just call roadside assistance....
