Title: Switch: SHO to Sport
Post by: jmr061 on October 30, 2015, 06:10:40 PM
Well I made the switch....traded in the 13 SHO for 16 Sport.  Haven't driven it much so far but I will miss some features of the SHO but like some features of the Sport.

Unfortunately have to wait to get it tuned due to technical issue Livernois is working with me on.  Have to say Anthony getting a hold of Anthony was easy and he was very easy to deal with.  Can't wait to get more power, lol!!!

BTW for those that miss having the Climate on the right side of the IPC.  I added it.  Fully capable of having it.

Well, I guess congrats are in order!  Like they say, you have a YUGO if you don't post pictorial evidence :)

Great news about the IPC capability, that's been on many people's WANT list for some time now.

Pics will come next week.  Have to get all my little things done to it.  Weather here has been cold and rain and even a little snow one night.  I have vent visors left to put on.  Have to wait for warmer weather this coming week for that.

Sweet, those '16 Explorers look sweet with the new front end and LED headlights!

Does it have Sync3?  If so, thoughts compared to MFT?

Titanium???  You mean Platinum?

Thankfully the Explorer still uses MFT.

Made the switch on August 5. From 2010 SHO.  Love this vehicle.  Nice size, road comfort, long trip capabilities.  Missing massaging seats. Went with second row buckets.  No tune.  No real place to use it safely-except track.  It is still surprisingly quick.
Only mod-if you can call it that-is CQ-Finest.  Best investment I made.  Vehicle is never dirty.  1600 mile trip down the I-95 and it was still better than showroom clean. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
