My goals are pretty simple for this car. I plan on installing a thermostat, filter (probably a drop in) and tune. Blacking out the chrome. Down the road, maybe convert the rear to '13+ tails, wheels, other things may catch my eye. I like to keep it stealthy, sleeper style.

13+ tails will require the 13+ trunk lid.

You should talk to Dan at Drivebright/DaytimeBrightLights to see if production of upgraded taillights for the '10-'12 is a near future possibility. Probably be less expensive than going whole hog on the '13 OEM required for conversion, I'd think.

I was looking at the DRL, switchback & puddle lights from there. I didn't know he was working on a tail light. I'd like to see it if he does.

I have all Dan's products on my SHO and love them. I might also suggest the v3 Triton front switchback turn signals... In 5000k they match the white of the rest of the lights... They are white when not signaling and are like driving lights... No oncoming flashes BTW, just better visibility.
