I just purchased a 2013 Non-PP SHO. Everything with the car is awesome, but I noticed that the rear center seat belt was missing. After some investigating, I noticed it was tucked under the 60 portion of the seat, and it is stuck. I can't get it back over the seat, and I think the seat belt is bound inside. Has anyone ever tried to get back into the buckle? Would this be covered under warranty, or am I looking at a bill, on a car I just bought?
Yes definitely covered under warranty . I'm surprised it passed the dealer inspection before they sold it. It's almost a liability for the dealer.

Edit: and welcome to the forum!!!
Okay, I actually got it for a pretty good price, so the seat belt didn't bother me too bad. Just looks like the previous owner never used it, and move it out of the way, causing it to bind in the part that retracts the belt. I plan on doing my own maintenance anyways, so I'll just tackle this project eventually. I don't trust dealers, and I will never have 5 people in my car anyways, as the backseat has my child seats in there.
Thanks for the help!
I would try sticking a heavy duty magnet with a slim head such as the one below, its great for tight spaces along with a pair of needle nose pliers to pull it out. It's the actual belt that is stuck, I'm thinking pics would help. I appreciate the advice Z!
