I've posted a few times already but failed to create an intro, so here it is;
I have a 2014 Explorer Sport with all my current mods being from LMS which you can see in my signature.
I am pretty new to the car scene. I changed oil at a quick lube place right out of high school and that's about all I ever learned about vehicles beyond the basics.
After leaving the military (6 years, 4 Army 2 Air Force) I decided I needed a hobby on the side while I wasn't busy doing online schooling and spending time with my wife and kids. I really enjoy it so far, but it sure is expensive. Now that I have experienced a little ecoboost in my pants, I just want to push my X more and more (but still keep it safe, I cant afford to go buy a new one)
I'm one of only a few x sports in my area so far, although I believe I am the only X with performance mods. I joined up with some local car scene facebook group and go to meets on occasion, its fun meeting new people, although most of the time I have no idea what they are talking about, and im easily 10-15 years older than 3/4 of them, that and I actually have a nice car haha. I look forward to learning from all of you and I hope one day I will make some valued contributions myself

Welcome!

Have you taken your XSport to the track?  Would love to see what kind of numbers you get with your extensive mods!

I haven't yet. There is a chance I may go the beginning of next month, that or more towards the end of the month. Unfortunately around here we only have 1 drag track and its mostly used for actual drag car races but on occasion they open it up to other vehicles. If/when I go it will be my very first time ever, I could use some advice.

Right now I am running DashCommand
My wife is getting an android so Ill probably get Torque as well once her phone gets here (next week I think).
I really don't have much knowledge with what parameters I should be looking at, like what's the most important things to watch on our EBs ect. I am really, really, a cherry to all of this. I lurked in another forum for a year (I had a limited explorer) then after seeing enough feedback and discussion from others after I got my sport I got the mods. Hopefully I will be able to purchase the 3 bar soon, like next week or end of week so I can get it on before the track

Purchased my 3-bar map a little while ago for backup,couldnt resist at 47.79 from Rock Auto,the best price so far,make sure to get a revised tune from LMS before installing the 3-bar map.
