Can someone help ROCOB?
I am not sure what to tell him. He's trying to replace his reverse backup based on my article yet his bulb is WAY different. Looks like he has a 2011 SHO.

I have searched our site, many others, and the web and found conflicting info, including this video.

step 2 at 41 seconds shows my assembly, then at 43 seconds it shows a totally different one
I'll keep digging.
The bad news is that no one makes an LED replacement for the 10-12 reverse bulbs.
I believe those bulbs were used in Camaros (PH16W?), but little else. Not sure there is a Txx base replacement.

Hey geswek, I realize that I am digging up an old thread, but decided to trade the 2011 for a 2013 so the bulbs would fit :-)

Haha, I traded my 2013 in for a 2015 Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 :)

Hey geswek, I realize that I am digging up an old thread, but decided to trade the 2011 for a 2013 so the bulbs would fit :-)
