Can't wait to see numbers for 2015 3.5L EB, with over 700lb less.   Why would you go with a 2.7 over 3.5?  MPG can't be that big of a difference,  right?

24-25 mpg vs. 16-17 mpg @ 80 mph in a 4x4 makes all the difference in the world. When you fill a 35 gallon tank @ $120, 1-2 times a week, you start to get sick of blowing your money on gas.

$.20 per mile @ 16mpg @ 80 mph
$.14 per mile @ 24mpg @ 80 mpg

FYI, I had a eb f-150 4x4 and got 16-18 (average) mpg at 80+ mph.

I think the new EB engine is great for good midrange power/tq with good economy.

No way the new '15 EB 3.5 weighing 700lbs less will get 16-17.  It will be interesting what they publish their numbers at.
