Title: Windshield Washer Pump
Post by: vernonator on June 03, 2014, 08:29:58 AM
Anyone have issue with their windshield washer pump? Thought I was out of fluid but it only took 1/2 gal, hit the button - wipers go but no spray and no sound of pump. Any insight into how hard it is to pull the tank/pump? 2012 SHO w/PPm w 42k mi.

Thanks guys!!!!

Yeah mines not working right now. It was working but I  found a small drip from the pump so I took it to the dealer. When they "fixed it" I got home to find out it doesn't  work now. Hah

So I'll take it back and see what's going on. Not that this really helps you. :/

If you pull the inner wheel well cover you can get easy access to the pump and resivour. I might just fix it myself.

Sent using smoke signals.

Inner wheel cover is what I was looking for. May dig into it tonight and see if its just a loose connection or what. Mine is not leaking, just not squirting .....

Curious, is it supposed to tell you when it's empty? Mine never has?
