That's South Texas for you. One day it's 101, 2 days later high of 79. I'm up in San Antonio, I think we hit 97 or 98 yesterday. At least in the summer you know it's just going to be hot all the time.

I don't miss that shite one bit! I'm loving it on the East coast.

I lived in Texas long enough, and Iraq, to be done with triple digits. When I moved to PA, the summer before we had 62 days of triple digits in Austin -- I was miserable!

What cool weather? Texas has two seasons, hot and hotter.

It's 42 here in PA right now; also rainy as hell.

We got the storm that came across midwest.

I hate all the weather and tornados everyone up North is getting !

Just another reason to love the South !! I'll take the heat versus those insane stupid long cold winters and tornados !

Yeah, I lived in Waco (Baylor) and it was a hell hole in the summer. Have family in Houston. Also lived in S.Florida for 6 years. I really appreciate the 4 seasons in the Midwest. Don't like the tornadoes though...

none of the above here I'll take the occasional 90*-100* days over any of that !!!

even the occasional hurricanes here just cause some wind and heavy rain.

I personally love the heat, unfortunately we don't see it till end of June it is only 8C here this morning. And it just won't warm up this year. The good thing is no Tornadoes, earth quakes and hurricanes. At least not in my life time.
