I have a 13 sho,pp,issues started after sw catted dpipes were installed, roughley a week later getting rough idle and stumbling, checked all hoses, changed plugs gap at.o30,updated tune, nothing helped even used chevron cleaner, car has 9,000 mi,if some loyal members would chime in greatly appreciated.
First thing I'd do is return to stock and let the SHO relearn its' idle. Then, if all is well, I would get the V8 update and install that. The V8 tune resolved, apparently, issues with the CW tune.
Also check the wiring on all sensors in the downpipes, make sure they are tight, and the wires are not melted and are properly connected.
I would recheck plugs as well , you may have a cracked / broken insulator even though they are new .
To any loyal members, tried returning to stock same issue, checked plugs, insulators, looked fine, recalled issue started about a week after istall of stage 3 dpipes, should I rule out the cats, checked 02 sensors and wiring seems ok,greatly appreciate if any members chime in.

IMHO.... Don't hassle with it any more. I'd flash it back to stock. Leave the DPs as they are just "air in-airout" and show the dealer the problem ... let the warranty fix it... you paid for that already.
if you checked your plugs and it's not something obvious you can figure out then I'd take it to the dealer and let them figure it out. I want to say they charge an $85 diagnostic fee.
just return the tune to stock first, but even though if they really need / want to check they can tell if you ever put in an aftermarket tune. You don't want to take it to the dealer with an aftermarket tune in it and not tell them b/c if they try to flash your ECU for any reason and you have an non stock tune you'll have big problems with the ECU.
Did you only check the o2 sensor wiring?
Have you checked the knock sensor wiring harness ?
