Last not I spent an entire 90 seconds dedicated to swapping out my 2 bar map sensor for a new 3 bar sensor on my MKS.
After contacting Torrie, he sent to me a performance boost/firm shift tune for 93 octane and the 3 bar sensor.
After getting the new tune loaded in the car, I took it out of a quick spin.
HOLY COW! Noticeable difference in power delivery and shifting. My car was barking the tires on the 1-2 shift. It's never done that before. The power seems to come on sooner, smoother and pull all the way to redline. I logged two 0-100 mph passes and sent them to Torrie for review this afternoon. I don't know exactly what I'm looking at.
But the new 3 bar sensor and his tunes were WELL worth the money.
Just waiting to see what he says about the logs.
Now it's time to get on to the other mods.
I had the same exact reaction!! I loaded my Tune wednesday but without a 3 bar map sensor but fell in love with the car even more with the first time I opened her up. I was happily surprised how nice it pulled. I need to do some Logs and send it to him. How do you do the logging?

I downloaded the LiveLink II software from SCT onto my laptop. Then looking in this forums "how to" section on "how to data log", I downloaded a config file that monitors the right parameters. Hooked up my laptop/SCT to the car, opened Live Link, opened the new config file, hit "start datalogging" and made pulls in the car. Then hit "stop". Then saved the datalog file.
It was really easy after I read the "how to" description. Well, and after I got all of my SCT firmware and drivers updated. That took a little while to do. But once everything communicated and was updated, it was cake (thanks to the forum).
That is easy! Thank you.

Just heard back from Torrie. Apparently, the .config file I used didn't monitor enough PIDS.
So I'm going to create a new config file and try it again tonight or this weekend.
Glad to hear your enjoying the new found boost. :)

Torrie sent to me an excel spreadsheet of what he monitors. Using that information, I made a config file for myself. It monitors approximately 29 PIDS, as opposed to the one that I used which only monitored about 8 parameters.

did you already have a tune? And if so it runs much better than before?

Yes. I had an LMS stage 4 tune for the 2 bar sensor prior to this new one. LMS refused to provide to me any support for the 3 bar sensor using the SCT. So I went with Torrie at Unleashed. The 3 bar sensor with the new Torrie tune runs MUCH better and shifts MUCH faster.
I'm going to do some new logs in the morning and send them over to Torrie to look at and see if it needs any additional tweaking. But I'm thrilled with how it's running now.
Do you have a t-stat as well?
Whats the e mail for torrie?

Have him send you his config file that way you'll log exactly what he wants.
I have been happy with torries support as well. Great service
