Title: New SHO owner from Louisville, KY
Post by: jimmyducati on September 09, 2013, 06:13:13 PM
Just bought my first SHO, a white 2010 with the 20" wheel option and two tone suede seats! Ordered the My Cal tuner the first night I had the SHO in the driveway and have the stage 4+ installed... I bought this car to have something that I would be comfortable and satisfied with in its stock form (plus the tune) and not feel the need to modify it, but alas, now I find myself searching replacement wheels, downpipes, catbacks and everything else... LMS just take my money!

Welcome & congrats!  Those two tone seats are awesome.  Try for a controlled descent into mod madness :)  And yeah, we need pictorial proof that you have one Dave's older sibling SHOs!

I think it's beautiful, but I am biased. ;D

Thanks for giving SHOdded his fix of car porn.  I hope he doesn't drool all over your interior.

A controlled decent just isn't going to happen, already have a short lineup of replacement wheel options, planning on a meth kit, down pipes, catback and who the hell knows what else! power goal is north of 425 at the wheels. Took a road trip through deals gap in the mountains the week after I got her and WOW, rock solid for more than 150 miles of very twisty roads! Best car I've owned so far.

No, I haven't been to Jeff in a few months. I live in PRP and work at GE so if you'd probably see me on the Snyder or 65 the most. I did tint all the windows including the windshield and I love it.

now I've had several coworkers with tinted winshields and asked them this same question:  why?
A friend of mine turned me on to it. I rode in his Corvette and F250 and both had tint (20% and 35% respectively) and I liked that I did not need my sunglasses on while in the car. 20 is too dark but 35 seems just right. I also love the look of tinted windshields.

A friend of mine had his windshield tinted and I was the DD.   It was dark as hell to see outside...just don't see the point or why risk the safety.
