After running 93 octane yesterday I had to stop on the way home and put some e85 in it for today's event. Was much more enjoyable even tho I won a round yesterday and lost every race that mattered today. Even managed to launch on the 2nd to last yellow bulb instead of the last yellow bulb in the actual points event.
This was just a qualifying run. I ran 12.213 @ 113.10 mph and the bird ran 12.692 @108.00. He killed me on reaction time .013 to .088 and that's really all that matters in these races. I got pretty consistent last year but with the new wheels and tires this year I just can't find any consistency at the light.

Just watched it a little closer and I agree with you, it does look like my car started moving first. Had to double check the time slip. Maybe he staged a little deeper than me, that's all I can think of unless the movement is some kind of optical illusion.
