I love my truck, some of the next steps is to dial in the suspension so it's way more car like than truck :) I'll add some helper bags in case of some load required but mostly it's a big car to me.

Had a small c notch and custom leaf springs done to level the truck. The ride is SO MUCH BETTER. By leveling the truck the front rides a ton better as well. Next is some double adjustable shocks for the rear and coilovers for the front. Car audio stuff happening, I'll link to my diymobileaudio thread to make it easier but basically doing a Audiofrog active front 3 way with GB60/GB25/GB10 fronts and dual JL cs113tg-tw5-v2 sub boxes on Rockford T1000-bdcp sub and dual T400-4 amps for the front end and GB60/GB10 center channel I'm building. Using a JL MS-8 processor as well. 3D printing custom sail panel speaker mounts for the GB25/GB10's. Long term I'll probably do a blow through with dual JL 13W7's but that will be a long time off.

I need sound deadening!!! I played with the crossover points (now around 45hz) and played with the gain. I can now audibly and physically shake the roof 1/2" or so, it resonates HORRIBLY but the bass is DEEP and CLEAN. The JL 13tw5v2-2 on the Rockford 1000 amp is HOLY CRAP loud (for my old ears). Still have to install the processor, top end amps and speakers but the bass is loud, my thoughts of doing a blow through are gone, no need at all. I can probably do a custom box full width around 3" deep for these two drivers and then build a custom amp rack above or below to make everything clean.

PLA printed prototype is done. I cut the sail panel on the passenger side to check. Had to remove the defroster duct for it to fit. There's a gap in the inside edge, we'll see if I can heat up the panel to make it fit, I've decided this panel will be replaced with a new one. I'll end up wrapping the panels in leather eventually.
The grill has indents for small round neodymium magnets and the posts we'll drill and glue in steel rods. The grill idea is to cover it in grill cloth. The next parts will be printed in black ABS that can be finished to a gloss black.

Got some decent pictures last night for phone pictures. Maxtrac 2" dropped spindled showed up as well as 2015 upper control arms and lower ball joints so that I can replace the DJM control arms which causes the steering to rub and bind.
Ordered some double adjustable Vi-king rear shocks and when we swap out the front suspension the shop is going to build some mounts upper/lower to allow for some Vi-king double adjustable coilovers to be put on the truck, will have to take measurements and order. Really hoping to make a huge difference in ride quality, the Bell stuff is just STIFF, I'm looking for a much better ride. New rear leaf springs have made a huge difference but the shocks have way too much compression and no rebound at all from what I'm feeling.

Dropped the truck off today for full system install, sound deadening, dual under hood batteries and some custom upholstery. Should be done in a couple of weeks!
I'll post pictures as I get them. Can't WAIT!!!
Had a photoshoot done last week, came out pretty freaking awesome.
After I get the truck back it will be time for the water to air IC and hopefully some other performance mods.
I really would like to get this thing into the 11's on a drag radial.

Yeah the auto tune is pretty good. But having to rerun the calibration just to change crossover slopes is a major PIA.
All the tricks and ways you have to fool it to tune right are very cumbersome.

OK did some more testing today 3 C and 6 R on the rears are awesome, I do need to have new shock mounts made as the shocks bottom out right now, easy fix just some new tabs. Also going to order a bar for a custom sway bar this week so I can get that installed at the same time. Might even look into a panhard bar to help keep the rear located under cornering. I'm looking forward to the new front suspension, no more steering rack bind on LCA would be nice!

Had to get a little more aggressive with cutting and rolling so I can stop cutting the sidewalls. Bats, bars, saws and bags, every mm needed. Stereo is installed, I'm playing around with a ton of the settings but getting close.
Also put in the 2015+ clockspring to work with the 2017 Raptor steering wheel, this time also installed the new air bag. No codes or issues but not all buttons work and definitely not as expected. I ordered a 2015+ SCCM as that will hopefully have what I need to get the buttons all working.
Next will just to program it via Forscan

I've been cutting up tires massively in the rear so this weekend I got annoyed, pulled the factory flares and cut the pinch welds where the tire was close and then bent the sheet metal out with pliers. Ugly, horrible and not cool BUT I'm not hitting my tires now :P
With the factory flares back on you can't see it and no tire issues. Long term I'm looking at doing a Liberty Walk style kit on the truck, hoping I can get Fiberwerx to make it for everyone.
Kit would install and work like the kit in this video, completely cut the factory fenders for tire clearance and give an additional 2" of offset available towards the outside for some nice deep dish wheels. My plan is 21x10 with 285/45 front and 21x13 with 325/40 in the rear. This way I can keep the factory fenders with just a mild installation required.

Dropped the truck off to have new front suspension with coilovers, spindles and adjustable UCA and stock LCA installed, Fix the rear shock mounts (extend them so no more bottoming), new bump stops, sway bar and slamair bags.Also removing stock trailer hitch and doing a hide a hitch as well as installing the new driveshaft and modifying the gas tank cross member to fit the driveshaft.PHEW!

Finally got the Raptor steering wheel working! Just have to finalize a couple more parts on the harness. Also need to find a source for Ford parts at wholesale, no luck with that so far. This kit will work with all 11-14 F150 with either console or column shift.

Found the heat exchanger for our upcoming air to water intercooler for the F150. Next weekend the intercooler, tank and pump mount will be fabbed up. Also reaching out to the manufacturer to have all the connections on the back side so front is clean.

Been a minute since I posted here...
Prototyped an air to water setup on the Tremor, hose routing is temporary, we'll do some 90's and make it a ton cleaner but wanted to get it testing.
