Troubleshooting / Re: 2011 F150 EB Turbo surging
« Last post by SHOdded on November 19, 2017, 08:44:52 PM »
Not sure on the F150s, but on the transverse engines, it is mostly housing seal leaks or oil feed line leaks that kill the turbos.  No issues with the actuators themselves.  But a few issues with the BOVs, IIRC?

Time to check out the F150 TSBs, as 2011 was the first year for the EB there.

maybe cushion the OBX pipe some more, hopefully not a weld issue.  otherwise, sounds quite peachy!

E30 mostly stock tune sound like the sweet spot for me. Of course have 93 ready and maybe a true MPG if AJP can pull that off. 91 octane tune for a trip. That would be all I need.

I saw somewhere there is a "compare" program that will read the as built files. Would that help / make it easier when comparing.
This is how I'm doing this only writing down the difference but also noting where and how.
Later ignoring all the ones that seem only changed by vin I'm going to plug everything in and see if I can turn anything on also see what type of hex I need to turn it on 1 or 0 or a or h already possibly noticed something's have changes in 3 lines but we usually only make one change

I'm from FL and went to UCF.  I can assure you that you'll never have my concerns there.  LOL

Whoa, I actually went to UCF as well... I was in the Marching Band from 2002-2005.  Small world.
