Had some fun at a car show over the weekend
Charging system checked out fine according to the autozone folks. Lights, AC on, Alt putting out 14.5 steady and going in the battery. Never heard of the tool but I guess I'll research it now, never hurts to have tools for the toys. Thanks for the input.

Ahhh, same kind of tool the parts guy had, not that expensive either, Thanks again.

There's the AACA Museum down there depending on if the kiddo's would be entertained by a car museum.

The Troegs Brewery is also down there and offers guided and self guided tours but that's not exactly fun for the whole family hahaha

Could be a flex pipe issue or a bolt is loose.

Welcome to the community!
Best of luck!  Maybe they will inspect the timing stuff while at it.

I just got some trim retainers from Ace Hardware - the kind that just push in.   They were maybe 50 cents each.   Painted them to match the car.   Of course, you can see them but they do fit flush and look much better than a license plate.

yep used sp534, carefully gapped them at .028
did 2 oil changes with motorcraft filters after turbo swap, didnt cut open the filters though but i doubt i got metal in the oil.
cleaned the valves with a screw driver and picks, soaked with oven cleaner(thats some powerful stuff!), then used a brush and carb cleaner.  Id say there was about a 1/16" of buildup all around in the port. easiest port and polish ive ever done!
