Title: LMS catted downpipes emmissions
Post by: Heelfan1 on November 09, 2017, 04:12:15 PM
Found a way to get the LMS catted downpipes to "pass" emissions readiness testing.

Waiver!

Knowing what to say and how to say it= waiver.... at least for my state. Just happy I'm not having to put the stock ones back on just for testing.

For those wondering if they'll pass, they won't. Tried extensions, mini cats, etc. NO PASS...

In MD they make you spend a $ amt before you get a waiver.

Same for VA. You have to spend $815.00 at an approved repair shop on emissions related repairs to get the waiver.

I wish the tree hugging New Hampshirites would come up with something similar.
