Title: Going Back to the 1/4!
Post by: ClearwaterSHO on March 16, 2019, 06:47:21 AM
Hi everyone! I am going back to Bradenton Motorsports Park tonight to run the 1/4. With my current mods, I'm hoping to see a 12.4-12.5! Place your bets! I was running 8.0 at the 1/8th last Friday with a 1.89 60ft. That track makes you drive through the water box. Bradenton does not and has amazing prep usually. I think with a 1.7 60ft, I am looking at the times I want. Of course, I am debating going WR9 like J to see if I can see an 11.

Good luck and I would like to see a 12.4 but fingers always crossed for better!  J doesn't mess around with WR you would need to copy his exact strategy for an 11.  My best is with just the rear seats out.  You could try that and see where it lands you.  WR is worthwhile for sure and the best free "upgrade" you can do.

J and I talk a lot. He's a great guy that loves to talk a lot of ****. We have fun in our group chat. I can't go full J WR because I have the sunroof. I am debating removing my seats though....

Not this time. Garret comes out a good amount, but lately he has been going to private track days. =( guess he is too famous now.

Nice Job! 81 degrees in FLorida and almost 110mph on a 93 tune is not shabby at all. The great thing about the intercooler for you now is you should be able to do it almost all the time rather than cool spring and fall days. I like that 1.77 60' too!
