This is certainly a departure from my beloved MKS, but I'm excited about a new project nonetheless. I have no desire to rock crawl, so I'm not planning anything crazy. I mainly just want a daily driver that can handle some weekend off-roading in style.
The starting point is a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab 2D.
THE GOOD:
-One Owner - Clean AutoCheck and Carfax
-28k Miles
-Moab Package (AEV steel bumpers, AEV power dome hood, taillight guards, and rock sliders)
-Heated Leather
-Remote Start
-430N Sound System (Garmin Nav) with Alpine speakers
THE BAD:
-Original wheels were replaced with 18" Sahara wheels
-3.21s (meh, at least the rear is limited-slip, which I actually prefer to a locker for a daily driver)
-Body-color top (most would consider this a good thing, but all I can think about is dragging tree branches across it... maybe I can trade for an unpainted top and cash...)
So far, I've ordered upgraded headlight and fog light bulbs, a Pypes Hi-Tuck catback, 17x8.5 Level 8 Trackers in matte black, and 285/70R17 Cooper Discoverer AT3s. I should have everything installed within the next week or so.
