Title: Suede seat inserts wear
Post by: StealBlueSho on March 25, 2017, 01:49:56 PM
Anyone have any good tricks for bringing back the nap and minimizing the appearance of wear on the Suede seat inserts?

I used Sonax (206141) Upholstery and Alcantara Cleaner which worked wonders on my Alcantara steering wheel and i'm sure others will share there very own personal preferences. Z

Agree with Z. I've used he sonax stuff with great results. Let it sit for a minute then take a damp cloth and start dabbing it to get anything out. Then switch to a new side of the cloth. After you do that start rubbing in circles. Let dry and then use a soft bristled brush to slightly agitate the material back to its natural shape. If it's not really bad then you could also use mild soap and water on said cloth instead of sonax.
