Title: High flow PCV valve. UPR
Post by: TimmyATL on January 07, 2019, 10:50:41 AM
I see that UPR uses check valves in their catch can set up for the 10-14 SHO. They give a option of a high flow PCV valve. Is this advised to install for best results? Is itjust a hogged out connector? Or just stick with the factory PCV valve. Thanks for all your input. I

I stuck with the factory PCV, it works great with UPR's catch can.

I upgraded my check valve to the billet pro series check valve after talking with one of UPR's reps.  I asked about the difference in check valves and he said the check valve that comes with the kit works great but since I make multiple trips to the track and drive the car so hard and often he recommended I upgrade due to the extened operating time under WOT and boost pressure being over 16psi.  You simply swap it out with the original check valve and its roughly $40.
