I have a Stage 2 Snow Performance kit with the progressive controller.

What nozzle and Start/Finish setting is everyone using?

I plann on using 50/50 WM.

What settings did you end up using? I plan on installing my kit this weekend or next and I also have Torries tune...
2010 SHO Platinum non PP
H&R springs, K&N panel, NGK-6510, 170 T-stat, Unleashed Tune, 3 bar, 13' MC/booster, Unleashed 3" DPs, W/M
12.74@108.5 3/15
8.07@86.5 best 1/8th 9/15

I run 90%M 10%W by weight not volume. 10 gph nozzle, turn on is at 7psi, full at 10 psi  I think. But I'll double check.
13' SHO, Non-PP, Tuned by Torrie, Meth injection, 3 bar, 170* stat, custom axle back exhaust, Prosport Boost gauge.
15' F150 Lariat Sport, all the options, 3.5L Eco. (fiancée ride.)
13' GTCS, will be missed.

I have about the same settings but run 60/40 in my factory ww container

Why not step up the meth %? Worried about fire?

I need to see how flammable the mixture is.
It is also difficult to get meth in CA.
Right now I use Heet and distilled water.

wasinger3000,

Who's nozzle are you using?

Im using this one. I use it because it is recessed to allow the spray to be atomized better before hitting the air stream. I mounted it flush with the intake tube as well.

Hows your kit doing?

I think anything over 51% meth is flammable, i use 90% now and i worry about the thin plastic hose bursting under high heat so im going to upgrade to the braided hoses before my 3800 mile trip this summer.

Are you running the snow kit with the Alcohol Injection Systems nozzle?

I was looking at that nozzle and wondered if it fits the Snow nozzle holder.

I'm almost 100% sure they all use the same threads. I'm using the Devils own nozzle holder and that nozzle I linked. So it should work.

I am now running the 625 ml Snow Performance nozzle with 80% meth.

Torrie just sent me a revised tune for the increased meth %.

I think the 625 is a little much.  Going to test it out this weekend.
Might switch to the Alcohol Injection Systems nozzle for less flow and better atomization.

Soon I will be going to a steel braided line for the pressure side of the pump.

I now have a small fire extinguisher in the back of the Flex... hopefully I won't need it.

Same here. I have a fire extinguisher in my trunk for that moment.

I need to upgrade my lines to braded as well before I drive though death valley this summer. I'm afraid the hose will burst under high heat.

Let me know how the new nozzle works out.

I'm also running the biggest nozzle provided in the snow kit and doing a 80% blend. I think it's a pretty sweet setup. I love the pull. I have used like 3-4 gallons of methanol in less than a month, but Dang has it been worth it! Thing hauls! If a smaller nozzle with better atomization makes more power then I'm open to changing!

P.S. I have stage 2 and running 8 psi as a turn on and 12 for full pump. It works pretty well. Only turns in when I really want to get on it, which is what I want anyway.
