I'm hoping there is a simple answer to this as it's such an annoyance for me, but I can't seem to find an answer. I have a 13 MKS with the Sync 2 with Nav. I use bluetooth for mostly everything, but cannot figure out a way to get it to pause without using the touch screen or a verbal command. Is there some button I'm unaware of? On my wheel the right side has volume, seek, phone and voice.
