Sadly, there is no easy way to do a torque converter flush. So you can either get a fluid exchange done at a shop with a dedicated machine, OR achieve a similar result with repeated drain/fills of trans fluid. Minimum 3x, best 4x D/Fs.
Drain/Fill, drive a miles, Drain/Fill, drive a few miles, repeat 3-5 times as stated above.
