Title: 2.0 Ecoboost 500 HP Stock Bottom End/ Short Block????

Can a stock 2.0 ecoboost motor be pushed to 500 HP??

Current parts list:
2.0 Short Block (stock)
2.3 Head (stock)
Factory Twin Scroll Turbocharger
Aftermarket Air Intake
Aftermarket Intercooler
Aftermarket Exhaust
E85 Auxiliary Fuel Kit
Cobb Tuner

What year is your Fusion? I only ask since I didn't think Cobb did any tuning beyond 2014 and the 2017s were the start of the twin scroll turbo.

I have a 2014 2.0 Fusion, and I also have a donor motor that came from a 2014 Fusion. Not sure what modifications it will need to fit the 2.3 head and turbo off of a Mustang..!??

You should see what the Focus ST group has information on regarding the heads.  The Fusion has a lot of compatible mods since the motor is the same.
