Title: Tested E85 at Sheetz
Post by: Chris_Flex on August 02, 2019, 06:51:05 AM
I usually test the e85 2-3 times a year at my local Sheetz here in Lancaster, Pa.
Everyone running E tune I highly recommend testing

looks about E75(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190802/55be0a3df0714c830563abcc3dbf245a.jpg)

Yeah I always assume E75 for mixing tho last year it was running High E85. The little extra you might get wont hurt my AJP tune.

Sheetz is here in Reading Pa near me so its prolly the same fuel.

My question tho is what does their 93 test at? Is it 3% or 8%.

Pretty consistent reading in my area thus far. "Shell" even though it states e85 isn't a Shell product on the pump.

E90 ish

sheetz is all i have for the ethanol blending. but it works very well as far as i can tell. e85 to the tune of 5gallons~ per fillup from less than 1/4 seems to be close to e30 or higher.

I tested the 93 a while back at the sheetz on prospect rd near Columbia/mountville. It was at 8% and the e85 was between 70-73 I believe.

Winter months I need to add 6.5 gallons of E85 at my local sheetz to get E30-E35...

Summer months I add 5.5 gallons to achieve the same results..

measured with fuel-it BT Ethanol Analyzer.

TESTED Sheetz station#478 in Ephrata PA, came out E70 on the dot

I found that Sheetz station #655 in Shillington PA that has E85 but not on the E85 stations radar;  2246 Lancaster Pike, Reading, PA 19607
Have not tested #655, but planing to in the near future, will update
