"Hope this Easy Mod works for All Ecoboosters"
Does this also apply to the 2013+ Lincoln MKS?
Not 100% sure, bcoz the part numbers for a 2010 Taurus PTU and 2013 MKS PTU are showing as different. Although I would be tempted to say yes, the same in reality.
Really I'm just being lazy to avoid crawling under my car to find out if it has the breather on the PTU, lol.
I have to believe this applies to all Ecoboost Platforms,
we will contact the SUPER parts guy and get an answer...
That would be awesome. For some reason I was thinking only the performance pack, and police models had the breather/vent. Or maybe after 2013 they all got it. I fully admit I could be way off on that though...

ALL YEARS - ALL PLATFORMS,
By Far the easiest mod we have done,
and the best bang for the buck.....
The difference on the PIs and 2013+ Pp, Flex and XSport is a drain plug and cooled/monitored system.
Ok, maybe that's what I remembered. Not having a drain plug on my MKS means the process is still kind of a nightmare, right? I have to snake a tube into that ridiculously positioned drain/fill hole on the side of the PTU, and suction the fluid out. Or does this set up, make it easier even without a drain plug?
Well tbh, I am not familiar with the 13+ mks ptu setup. I will have to check the fsm. But if you do have a drain plug, the fsm tells you to remove the downpipe to access it.
I'm gunna feel REEAAAALLLL stupid if it turns out I had a drain plug lol. I did that job the hard way, burning my hand, trying to wiggle a thing piece of tubing into the hole on the side of the PTU, lol. It definitely sucked.
The FSM isn't real clear about it, since the instructions included are for both PTU types. But the parts listing at Ford only shows 1 PTU for the 2013 MKS, and it is the non-drain plug version we know and love.
Well that sucks but it sounds about right. I would assume the 2014 MKS is identical to the 2013, in terms of part number for the PTU.
Correct

you could always Drill, Tap and install a drain Plug, or have your Local Shop Do it.. See Procedure:

Hardest Part is finding a Lift to do this On....
I have a 2013 non pp.
Not sure if this would be easier or have a garage drill and tap the ptu for me.
Hmmmm
