Same track I ran my 11.91 at with a 1.80 60 foot (not my best by any means) unfortunately they just can't seem to get the prep sticky enough like another strip I like. The torque mounts will absolutely be a game changer though on the 60 foot hopefully that with my new wheel and tire set up hopefully they are as sticky as my stock wheels were that I ran that time on. Still All Seasons though
I'm going with 11.81 @ 117.6 mph. Also, how far is Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka from you vs where you currently go?

It's about 3 hours compared to 2 hours. I'm going with my local car group to import face off otherwise my strip of preference is Ozark raceway park in rogersville mo

I am ordering mine soon! Hoping to get back into the 12s!
Where do you order them from?
.1 faster and a couple mph top end.
Anyone know where to purchase the aftermarket torque mounts?? I did a google search and couldn't find anything.

You reach out to Anthony DiCunzolo on Facebook. He will get you squared away.
Thank you!!!
Is he from Massachusetts??

Ok, I only ask because there's a few guys with that name on Facebook. Thank you for the info! I'll message them all if I have too .... lol
Might I suggest making another post for this discussion?

After you go to the track would you mind making a whole new thread with a review and how to purchase them?

Ozark Raceway Park is a little over 3hrs for me. Best of luck and looking forward to your results!
Welp got started on the weight reduction for this time around. Planning on tin canning the car. Anything that I can get out is coming out. Already got the rear seat, all the trunk stuff and some misc plastic bits. Spent <15minutes on that stuff. Going to continue tomorrow after work and get some other things going. Then the scraping for little bits comes around. Want to do a glory run if I can before I go upgraded HPFP.

I'm very curious how much you can gain from this! Don't sell yourself short though. Isnt a glory run literally 1 pass down the track? Then its not a glory run if you do multiple passes. This is what test and tune days are all about IMHO and a shortcut to exceed the limitations of our inferior stock transmission. If this was a fully built car this would be the first ever 10 sec pass accomplished with stock transmission. Line up all the built SHO's and run them down the track. The lightest SHO will hold the title all day long. And if it's fully built its already exceeded its purpose of a family sedan so applying weight reduction at that point is no harm no foul in my book. Merely for title purposes that will be the one. And if it's all about title then one can dismiss whether or not it also wins in popularity. It doesn't matter if you win at full weight or lightweight. "
Winning is winning"
Good luck Jordan let her eat buddy.
I really wish people would realize not the entire world uses Facebook.
WR10 + IC + J Intake + Wheels.... I'm gonna say 11.49. Make me proud J.
11.65, Standby to GET SOME!
I'm pushing the limits of the stock fuel system to the max. I want to prove what this platform can do! This is my daily but I'm more than willing to take the time to get this sucker light for a day of records for myself!

Thank you for that.
My inspiration is that goof ball Zach and his older GEN SHO affectionately dubbed "The Blue Turd". Impressive what he's accomplished thus far with that build.
I always love the "That's a TAURUS!?!?!" comment.
With all the chatter of WR & (possible) new records being set this season.....
It is providing the very foundation for me to up the ante with my newest installs (currently occurring) as well as the impending dyno session, to probe even deeper into the 11's myself.
Gonna be fun and I tip my hat to all those pushing the platform. Always fun. Always exciting.

Someone is always chasing someone, that is the beauty of life. Without competition and pushing of limits, life would suck.
Keep pushing the bar brother, because there will always be someone like me trying to catch up.
On a side note, there is a Salerno's here in PHX!

Also not really going for the overall record but more so a personal record. Trying to show you don't have to do a whole lot to the platform to get going decently quick

Lol I forgot about the license plate ...guess my jackassery (as ShoNoff calls it) was brilliant. Good luck brother! I'm hoping you beat me and William to be at least 2nd World's Fastest Ecoboost SHO! Rally forth 🤘Captain Jordan Hook
Weather not looking good. Mind end up just doing a couple 93 octane passes and saving the race fuel for a couple weeks down the road and leave the car stripped in the mean time.

I'd say fastest tune only SHO in the world is a helluva accomplishment.
Sucks to hear Jordan. The weather in the Midwest has been less than stellar for sure.
Luckily you can keep her stripped down in the meantime.
@ FoMoCo......
Not really "tune only" as J's running catless down pipes, the new J2 dual intake, 3 bar MapV, and NGK plugs.
But it'll still be fun find out what he accomplishes when the weather breaks!

I think it'll be fastest stock fuel system with race fuel with no other extra fuel sources. Methanol, nitrous etc.
Pretty sure the 11.98 I ran is fastest pump fuel on stock fuel system with no additional fueling.
Not quite sure about race fuel, but can't hurt to try my hardest lol
It'll be great to see what you achieve for sure.
Look'n forward to it.
Video please see we can all watch it over and over and over.

What about mph? Put the big boy tune on (17 psi vs 16psi) and waiting for it to cool down and reopen test and tune. Hope to push it just a little further
Congratulations man you're ripping it up! Outstanding!
11.73 is what William Proctor got with Meth, Nitrous and Drag tires. C'mon Jordan you can beat him without any of that stuff!
Impressive to say the least and Congrats. Z :thumb:
