Not familiar with thay specific code, but sounds like fuel injector  so far.  Any associated smells?

The P0316 would suggest the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a misfire shortly after startup, specifically within the first 1,000 revolutions which is an emissions Based code IIRC!  Z

I would NOT Drive the vehicle if gas smell is present as kindly mentioned ^^^ by  SHOdded!

I would have a Ford Mode 6 Data with  Power Balance performed with IDS!
Post some PICS @ your earliest convenience! TIA.

Crossing fingers.  But that sounds like a cracked head or cylinder liner.  Is the oil on the stick muddy or foamy?  is there oil in the Radiator?

Injector is fixable.  Rod or block or rings, not so much.

The OCC will not address your current issue until the Oil Sep is removed and evacuated AFAIK! To simplify things your Oil Sep is plugged causing oil to backup through the TB.  Z
