So I noticed poor fuel economy, but I figured my driving style was the cause, however the roommate (aka: legal partner/wife) lol has been daily driving the Lincoln for a month and is complaining. Her driving style is not spirited like mine.
Daily commute is 22 miles and is going thorough a tank in 5-6 days
Would worn plugs and or coils cause a drastic change in mpg?
If so what plugs and coils are recommended?
Plugs for sure can cause bad MPG. So can Winter fuel if you live in the north.
A stuck injector will as well butt that should throw a code.
A vacuum leak will cause bad MPG.
Scan for codes and see what happens there.
So you are saying. 150 ish miles and you are going through 15 gallons of gas ? Thats 10mpg.
MY, mileage, maintenance history, ambient temps at cold start ...
22 miles roundtrip or oneway?
remote starting / extended idling? all highway, mostly highway, mostly city, ?

22 miles round trip, I scanned it with my Autel scanner and no injector code. How would I check for vacuum leaks?

22 miles round trip, city driving, no extended idling. Typical Michigan ambient temps.
I would change the plugs just because its fairly easy.
Check the tire pressure.
Change fuel brand. Use Shell if you are using Sunoco etc.
10mpg is way too low. There has to be an easy reason.
