Second week in a row I had the pleasure of racing a mustang. This one sounded fast, but I aimed my camera backwards anyhow. Makes for a much more enjoyable video when you can see the other car.

Loved it!
Particularly the positioning of the camera and it's ability to clearly capture said kill.
Had me giggling as I couldn't help but think what was going through the mind of the driver of the Mustang.
Nicely done.

For like 20 different trips to the track now, probably 70 vids....I have been pointing it forward almost every single time. About the only times I've pointed it backwards were a couple times I raced other SHO's. Even the actual race cars that I go up against are usually mid to high 12's and still I aim it forward.
I can't even take credit for finally learning, I bought a mount for my phone that I use to record the front of the car and put the go pro on the rear driver side window facing backwards. Definitely more enjoyable to actually be able to see the other car doing something other than just a burnout.
@SM105K even if you don't run ethanol the pump will still get you gains on 93. I can't stress enough how much I recommend an upgraded pump.

If FS stands for firestorm....yes.
The guy I sold the 2nd FS pump that I bought off SBS ran an 11.65 (stock turbos but he has meth) with the FS.
If it stands for something else you'll have to tell me. Too early in the morning and my brain hasn't kicked in yet.
Yes Firestorm.

Took me a few mins of staring at it to realize that was what FS stood for. LOL!
I think it's a hair easier to get the front left coil out compared to the XDI also. If I were to do it over again I'd buy the XDI but at the time I got it there weren't a lot of XDI's out there running the times I was looking for.

Thanks for the input Ken. That makes my decision a bit easier.
Do it
