New member here! On our second flex. We are having a surging issue, wastegate releasing boost i imagine due to code it’s throwing. Wondering if the cat has anything to do with it? Have replaced the boost solenoid and no change. Hoping someone has had or helped someone with similar issues. Thanks all!!
I have no. Maybe someone can chime in.
assuming the hoses to the solenoid are properly secured, you can check
a) the blowoff valve for torn gasket
b) the turbo actuator c-clip for excessive play
c) the turbo piping for cracks esp near/at the clamps
