It was a pleasure attending Today's annual  LMS CAD Today with a big turnout plus many representing the SHO-Platform and got the pleasure of meeting Dan Millen once more and the whole crew @ LMS !

The weather played a significant role as the temps were in the middle 90's with high humidity.
I will certainly post some PICS by tomorrow for everyone to enjoy.  Z  :)

In the meantime I wish everyone @ E.B.P.F a wonderful Happy 4th of July weekend.  Z

Glad you had a great time Z.  Wish we could of gone, but ended up working on my 05 F150.  4WD actuators went out, had to replace bunch of parts.  Maybe this fall.

@ - LMS & dubcitySHO It was indeed a Dismal day for ET'S ! Many of the SHO'S struggled to hit the 12's barrier due to the High DA,but certainly enjoyed seeing old faces and meeting new ones.  :)
I guess after a 11hr drive and plenty of heat soak my personal best was 12.7!!

BTW-  :bigthanx: To Dan Millen from LMS who went out of his way to supply me with a Fresh Pale of Methanol @ no cost after a few runs.  Z  :thumb:

I think you would agree but sometimes the lack of driving skills (Driver mod) @ the track plays such an important role no matter how much you have invested under the hood!
Have a Happy 4th of July bud!  Z

I agree with everything you said. But MPH is an indicator of horsepower and even a crap driver can hold it to the floor for a 1/4 mile. Launch and driving skill won't change the mph that much in this platform.

I really don't know what it ran but as mentioned on my previous post many struggled to break the 12's barrier! I think my SHO was the first & another to finally hit the 12's mark AFAIK!  Z

Wow I know that feeling I tried to run at the track here this week made 2 passes and left. My best was a 13.1 when 2 weeks ago I was hitting 12.7 regularly. The DA was awful it was 94 and 60% humidity.
