Where was the post that had all the mods in proper order to install for best $ for performance and difficulty of install? There may be some things on there also, but it seems like this is pretty complete.
This mod list is going to get long... Which is great, but there is actually kind of a lot available for these motors. Stuff off the top of my head:
AJP Turbo's boost regulation mod
Methanol
ATP upgraded turbos
Livernoise high pressure fuel pump
Livernoise pistons/rods/heads
Eco Power Parts fuel system
Eco Power Parts wastegate actuator
There's another website that specializes in V6 motors that has some in depth stuff for our cars... I cannot for the life of me remember it though.
Power per mod discussion from our very own EcoPowerParts .Z :)
https://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,808.0.html (https://www.ecoboostperformanceforum.com/index.php/topic,808.0.html) .Z
SuperSixMotorsports, that's who I couldn't remember. They offer stuff like
Ported heads
Ported intake manifolds
Custom Camshafts
Stroker Crankshafts
Then you also have Nitrous Oxide to consider...
BC Racing Coilovers
Endlinks for the front.. cant remember the brand
Powergrid?
I'd give my left nut for a transmission to handle our power and a modified TCU .. :(

Will be cool to add Intercooler to this list whenever Matt Robinson from Gearheads releases his eventually.
Do not forget the Aux 3 -7" Fan Set up
As far as the Additional intercooler GOES:
i think a Ice/water to Air intercooler Addition will be Easier (and less expensive) Install
Give me till Next March... HA

Do you have a link to that install process or write up? (aux fan set up)
I have not seen that yet or had a chance to read up on it. TIA
