got some new tires: General GMAX RS summer tires 360 AA A
STOCK SIZE 245-45-20, 26.8 lbs each
Initial impression was it felt like I had a new suspension. Everything was much more responsive. 2000 rpm launches elicit only a slight loss of traction then instantly thrown forward. Turns are extremely responsive, takes overly aggressive turns with no fanfare. Stopping distance shorten considerable. Tires are QUIET, no hum or tire noise at all. drives straight, no shimmy, used very little lead balancing. No squeal sounds when break traction. Can floor car in the rain and stop on a dime in the rain. Seem to wear extremely well. Found at Simple tire and Walmart online 130 or less with free shipping each. Extremely happy, would buy again.
Nice review, I have the old GMAX on my car now and have thought of replacing them and selling my old ones since they only have 16K miles on them...will consider the newer ones! Thanks.

Got a 1000 on them now and two giant down pours, tires are worthy in the rain. Very smooth and QUIET. pICKED UP 1 MPG CITY AND 2 MPG HIGHWAY. Very happy with them, seem to be wearing very well. Got at least 20 races on them and still look brand new....Simple tire has them right now stock size, 113 SHIPPED!
2200 miles fully worn in, able to race on rain and stop too. Not noisey, very smooth, not noise during burnouts, wearing really well. Tires recently saved my life. I could steer while in full foot planted hard on peddle panic mode. Effortlessly and smoothly. Tires even look nice. Says made in Germany on them. Very happy would buy again.
....just short of 5000 miles, still wearing very well, look new. Still very happy. I did not as of yet take off for winter and even in the cold they grip excellent.
Got these for my car over Thanksgiving break, loving them as well.
Ok its Feb 2019 i have 8 000 on them ran them through winter but not in snow or ice. Worked fine in cold and cold rain. Even with all my 0 to 60 runs, the way i drive they stoll look brand new, only the outer edges of the front show any wear from aggressive turning. Still could be sold as just put on tires. Grab awesome even in cold not like when the are hot but still really good. Wont try them in snow etc. I did go around the block in 2 inches snow and they would get you home mainly from deep treafs biting in the snow with weight of car n the awd. Parked for winter now bavk in March....
Oct 2019. Tires have been rotated with oil changes. Have 20,000+ miles and still working great, still love them. Stll have 60% tread all around. My new go too tire. Love Cooper zeon rs3 also. Gmax all summer tire and 26.8 lbs ea made in Germany quality..

Yes! Over 30,000 hard driven daily driver race car miles. I rotated every 6000 miles. Except lately....i just rotated the rears now have 45% and the fronts have 60+%, never had tires wear so long after such a beating as these take. Would buy again, very happy, still great in rain anything above 45 degrees they stick like glue....Awesome tire...
