Title: SRS Light on
Post by: yjKen93 on July 01, 2021, 11:47:31 AM
I've had this light on for over a year now. Every thing seems to be functioning as it should. It has finally annoyed me enough. I got the FORScan App and got this info:There's very little info out there and especially for the Taurus. Some say the seat belt wiring, pre-tensioner, or some sensor in the door or under the hood.

I have not been in a crash. The light is intermittent as in how long it takes to come on. And it flashes at me. Light flashes doesn't look like it corresponds to a code.I need pointed in the right direction

Also, I just got done driving in heavy rain. That's the reason for cruise control error.

If this is anything like my previous Ford Escape .. there is a loose harness under the seat.   mine got bent up when a towel was left on the floor and i powered over it backwards :(
