Title: Litle bit of oil on the back turbo
Post by: SuperPete on October 23, 2019, 02:53:19 PM
2014 Taurus SHO
I was under the car doing PTU service and I noticed light coat of oil on the turbo unit, nothing was dripping, car is always parked in the garage, not a single drop on the floor, I check oil lined connections, not coming from them, they are dry at the turbo connectors.
Front turbo is dry clean.

I notice the pipe that's coming in to turbo from the top of the engine, at the connectors has little of the oil collected on it, maybe its sipping from there?

Any ideas anyone?
