2014 Taurus SHO
I was under the car doing PTU service and I noticed light coat of oil on the turbo unit, nothing was dripping, car is always parked in the garage, not a single drop on the floor, I check oil lined connections, not coming from them, they are dry at the turbo connectors.
Front turbo is dry clean.
I notice the pipe that's coming in to turbo from the top of the engine, at the connectors has little of the oil collected on it, maybe its sipping from there?
Any ideas anyone?
very well could be. common place to leak from.
I wholeheartedly agree with Manu and very common indeed! Its maybe a good time for a new set of HOTPIPES! BTW Due post some PICS in the area in question, thanks. Z
