I think firehawk indy 500's are pretty cheap as well as the general gmax and people that have them seem to like them.
I just bought a set of bf goodrich sport comp 2's yesterday. They quoted me 960 installed but then I showed them the price on their own website and they begrudgingly only charged me 713 total after taxes.
Take a look at the Achilles Desert Hawk UHP, bought a set for my Flex from SimpleTire, 375 to my door, and another 100 or so to mount at DiscountTire. They're a great tire and cheap!
Search Amazon. Sometimes they have really inexpensive named brands.
I've been running Toyo Proxes 4 Plus, been pretty happy with them. Wear seems to be pretty good as well.
check simple tire.com they have free shipping. online Walmart great prices too... I have general g max rs, summer tire, so far great tire, almost 20,000 on them and they are still 75%....rotate 6-8000....great in rain, quiet, good mpg, great daily tire. better then the mich +3's, way better......
