Title: 2016 Black SHO from Mi
Post by: Michigan-SHO on May 27, 2020, 09:37:55 AM
After months of searching I was able to get a stock 2016 black SHO non-pp with 60k on it. After a week of driving it, I'm in love with it entirely. Happy to be part of this community and looking forward to the journey.

Welcome and thanks for joining! Please post some pictures of your new SHO! There is lots of good info around so enjoy.

At 60K I would make sure to have all the fluids replaced, replace the spark plugs, and enjoy it. Are you looking to modify the car?

Welcome!

I echo StealBlueSHO's sentiment about fluids and would add that an upgrade in said fluids helps maintain peak performance and longevity. These cars definitely aren't the on the cheap end when things go wrong and upgraded fluids is inexpensive insurance IMHO.

Congrats on your new ride!

As a daily driver my mod list will be conservative in comparison to others on the forum. I'm starting with the basics, maintenance and a tune down the road. I'm not a stranger to working on vehicles of all kinds but need to ensure/retain drivability and comfort for the family.

Getting the foundation strong is never a waste of time.

I like to consider myself a "whore for knowledge". I'm also on the Facebook page

Ha good stuff.  I got rid of FB a long time ago.  Best thing I have ever done on social media.

I have zero presence on there, I just like it for the marketplace and forum.

As a whole, that platform is garbage and is spiraling society out of control. However, when Joe Blow is selling some great items for a steal... then FB has its place.

I got rid of the toxic FB pages etc and streamlined it. Its so much better. Just a few good groups, close friends, and family.
