Title: South of Pittsburgh PA - MKS Ecoboost
Post by: Ninja1320 on December 10, 2019, 05:11:27 PM
Hey everyone. Got my 2013 MKS Ecoboost last December. I really like it for a daily driver. I've been an aircraft mechanic for 20 years, and even longer wrenching on cars.

I did colder plugs, drop in filter, 170 t stat and a tune. Ran 13.1@109

Then added Snow 2.5 water/meth and LMS catless downpipes. Ran 12.49@114.94

Drove from Pittsburgh to Philly @80mph and still got 27.1mpg with the current mods. I'm happy with the results especially considering the weight. It's gotta be heavier than a SHO with all the extra speakers, massaging seats and dual panel moonroof.

I have a transmission cooler from a SHO PP to install this spring.
