Hey guys, I am back after little time off.
Back to the PTU service, I think I found easy way to replace oil without draining it.
Simply remove fill plug, keep filling it with clean new oils and after about 2-3 quarts you replace old oil with new.
Thoughts?

You will never get the Older oil out of the bottom of the PTU case ?
You can't get that out even by sucking it out, the hose can never get all the way down to the lowest cavity.
If you want absolute full swap, you need to drill hole on the bottom for drain.
Ok i found this on U tube:
and i have been doing this from when i was driving 2013 Ecoboost PI

Purchase the 1/4" Check Valve and a 1/4" Female Cap, (about 20.00)
If you want to make it even easier, Replace the PTU Vent Hose with a Larger and 1 Foot Longer Length (about 48", 4.00)and add a Breather Filter instead of the Stock PTU Breather."you can also Fill thru this hose if you want, A bit more time and Mess"
Pull the Drain Plug,
Install the Check Valve,
Fill (with a Simple Pump 10.00)
with 18 OZ of your Favorite Go Juice
and after filling install the 1/4" cap,
NOW takes about 20 Min Max to refill ;D
I got most of it out by sucking it out. Then Installed a larger vent hose and filled it using the vent hose using a big turkey basting syringe. Works quite well and no mess.
