I am running the AO tune with intercooler, sp542@.028, windstorm, x pipe and soon PPE catted downpipes...will the AO tune be ok with the downpipes or need an upgrade tune?

Would need defoulers if they are catless otherwise you don't necessarily "need" a tune for catted dps.

Install, datalog, and send to GH.  The PPE catted are the best you can get IMO and you can run them while stock with no issues.  I would look to see if you need a revision though with your tune.
2013 Lincoln MKS ecoboost, 70,000 miles.  3 bar map 93 tune (E30 in the future) by both AJP Turbo and Ortiz Performance.  PPE catted down pipes, EPP dual CAI (not yet installed so K&N drop in), .026 gapped SP542, 170 degree thermostat, Dynomax axlebacks, and Power Stop Z23 pads and rotors.

Matt R. said I didn't need a revision for my catted PPE's on the AO or e30 tune.

Yup, not revision needed. The catted PPE's wont throw a code as they are efficient enough. Should be good to go!
