Changed the speakers this weekend and found the Crutchfield instructions VERY helpful!

I just did a complete replacement of my speakers and I found that the Crutchfield instructions are quite good.

However, the stock speakers have different impedance

A Pillar 1-1/2" Tweeters - 5.2 Ohm
Dash Center 3-1/2" Mid-range speaker - 8 Ohm
Door 6" x 8" Speakers - 4 Ohm
Rear Deck Center 3-1/2" Mid-range speaker - 8 Ohm
Rear Deck 6" x 9" Sub-woofers - 2.3 Ohm

The speakers I got were all JBL 3 ohm speakers. Subsequently, the dash center speaker would cut out due to thermal overload. I ended up getting a line matching transformer to fix that. Here's the model I used, as this application needs 25V taps:
