Ok... I searched and couldn't find anything talking about fit and quality other than one guy who purchased them for an escape...

Now that my SHO is a daily driver (for now...) and winter approaching (more like my kids drag more mud through my car than anything) I am looking at the weather tech matts..

The money doesn't matter, its more of a how is the quality, fit, and function question. Are they basically you are paying for the name? I purchased the Jeep all weather matts for my wifes jeep and they catch EVERYTHING! (even crabs.. different story) and I am looking for something equivalent for the SHO. Thanks!

I've read several good reviews about these. Plan on picking up a set myself. I haven't read anything about any other brand that comes close to weathertechs quality and fitment and I've been looking. But having said that I don't currently own a set. 😂

I currently have the 3D Max-Spyder Floor mats which are decent mats compared to the others, but the fitment could be somewhat better but are the best looking mats out of the bunch while the rest are just plain Meh!!  Z

PICS below for comparison of the Aries, max spyder mats, weathertech liners, weathertech all weather mats and husky liners and quite dissapointed to say the least...

Weathertechs look like they belong in a Pickup truck imho. Plastic rubbery looking. But they do work.

I love my Weathertechs.  They fit awesome, and I don't really notice them.  Easy to clean, and easy to maintain.

I put weathertechs in my car both front and rear maybe 3/4 weeks ago. Fitment was absolutely perfect, they go up nice and high so the salt, sand and water can't get under them. They are also super easy to clean. With the winters we get in New Hampshire I wouldn't use anything else. Don't mind the dirty floors it snowed here last night lol. Yes they are plastic looking. But I'd rather have that for 3/4 months then the mess of cleaning up my carpets after winter.

Z, what differences are there between Aries and the Spyder's?
AFAIK they are just a rebranded version and are the same...
I noticed once the cold weather hits the weathertech and Huskys will start to fold like curly fries with the exception of the Spyder/Aries which are not vinyl and ultimately will do better in the cold winter months.  Z

I've never had weathertechs fold up in cold weather. But then again I've never had them in a sho. So hopefully I don't run into that. I mean they are laser cut how can they fold  ::)

I have the Husky liners in mine and what do you mean curl up....the edge that sits up to the door sill sort of curls up I suppose but its not by much.  Ive never really noticed much of a shape change per say overall.  Hmmm.
