If your having issues or need to pass emissions testing in your State with either the stock DP or PPE Catted DP found the best method to do so....

I most recently had an emissions inspection with all the I/M in Readiness state in roughly 60 miles of driving on my most recent inspection while using Torque-PRO.   :)
In the past couple of years it took me over 200 miles of driving in order to finally have the monitors compete!

LAST year had the CATALYST Monitor NOT ready status followed by the check engine light which was remedied by changing/replacing the REAR O2 SENSORS.....

BELOW is a list of items replaced which helped in the process with roughly 60K !

I will update this post very shortly with my findings. TIA.  Z   :)

If your having issues passing or having trouble with a particular monitor such as an EVAP you might want to change your vapor vent valve solenoid or check for any such exhaust leaks and simply follow the steps below.
I did have a Buddy of mine which is a welder found three leaks throughout the exhaust system and one was right after the Flex Pipe and a couple leaks around the Band-clamps right before the mufflers on the Corsa Exhaust!

Change your motor oil prior to inspection.

FRESH OIL

NEW SPARK PLUGS

I would make certain to use the STOCK INTAKE

Check for any exhaust leaks

Preferably 1/4 to 3/4 of gasoline inside the tank.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Z
