Curious what 1/4 and 1/8 miles times people are getting with these revisions from LMS?

I am hearing v10 is faster than V11?

From what I was told is that the V10 meth tune is the base for V11.  I know V10 is strong, I used V10 91 when I won the champsionship.  Yes I have heard people saying that V11 doesn't seem as strong as V10.  Think more track is needed to be sure.

Gotcha! So far I have only seen one slip from a guy with the V11... 12.8 consistently with decent 60fts. He said his V10 tune runs 12.7 consistently. But he did not run them on the same night. I personally think a tenth is well within the margins of variables for any given night... he does claim that it was 30 degrees cooler the night he ran the V11 so it should have been faster...

My tuner is being shipped back with V11 on it, but I might ask for a 93 V10 as well... antsy to get my new SHO tuned.

Yeah def get LME to give you one V10 tune.  Nothing wrong with a good trusted stand by.

I would also add the V9 Tune to the mix unless you specified 93 & 91 octane tune.
From what i heard the V9 tune is the way to go unless you are having any issues with hesitation using v9 IIRC.  Z

Well this is now frustrating.... V9 is faster then V10 and V10 is faster than V11?!? So LMS is making them slower?

Something doesn't make sense here...

V9 and V10 are basicaslly the same tune.  Some people could V9 and others couldnt.  The put some fixes into the V9 files and called it V10.  I was one of those people.

Not sure what versions I have but recently updated (last month and non meth). The 93 4+X tune is super torquey and falls off on the top end (cant hold the boost throughout the rpm). If i step down to the 93 4+ tune it feels more linear (which feels faster by seat of the pants). Definitely like the 4+ as a DD tune which feels more spirited and not so abrupt on power. Tapping into the 4+X with that torque brings in the power low & quickly but is technically faster when timed, just doesn't feel like it. If all that make sense.

If I'm not helping and completely off let me know LOL. Still learning and need the feedback. No shame here.

Thanks Twintrbskies! The 2010-2012 MY have a different tune setup than the 2013+ models years. And I do agree with you when I had my 2010.. 4+ is more linear in its power while 4+x has more torque up front.

LMS stated that they stopped developing stages as 99% of thier customers only wanted to the fastest tune available. So they just do 93, 91, 89, 87 octane tunes setup for the most power per octane. Makes sense I suppose.  But it does get confusing when some people and track time suggest that the newer revisions are slower than the older revisions.

Also remember, First every car reacts differently to the tune.  Even through  each receives the same one,   Also your location in the country plays apart in it too.

LOL this is very true... after my last SHO which was difficult to say the least, 100% agree that each car reacts differently.  And my tracks are at sea level just about so my ET's should be good.

Thanks Bamsho for all the information! It is appreciated!
