I have no personal experience, but from reading up on the subject, it seems like PPE are the best for fit and finish.

I loved my stainless works pipes, went on without issue. However, they originally did have an issue with one O2 sensor placement. Mine were bought used off of AJP Turbo, and he had sent them back to SW for correction, and to fix a crack that they got (they had some issues in early production).

The ones you got from me were actually a brand new pair that Stainless works made for me at their facility. They didn't repair the ones I had that cracked. They used my car to modify their patterns for provisions for PP SHO's with oiler cooler for correct 02 sensor placement.

I also have SW Exhaust, So as loud as it is..I do not think so,
BUT that is not why we wrapped EM, The Idea Being remove the heat,
And i think that was worth the Small amount of money and effort... :)

YES Code issues, but they go away when you tune it, or get it tuned...AND

Off road means off road, SO A BIG NO to the emissions Question, and
i thought there was trouble with the Cat Version as well (posted here somewhere)...?

Aftermarket Cats (hi-flow) are not necessarily as efficient as stock. As such, they do not always allow emissions readiness checks to set, and the car still may not pass emissions testing. ANY change to emissions equipment is against federal regulations, and you can get in trouble, if it is noticed...whether you go from stock to catted aftermarket, or stock to offroad. PPE catted pipes are said to pass emissions tests, but I never ran them since I don't have emissions anywhere near me. SW pipes, even catted, likely wont be able to set readiness. You have to pay to play, so they say.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

All the flat spots, and the HORRIBLE O2 sensor placement that makes it almost impossible to get the one pipe out without damaging an O2 sensor during sensor removal or smacking it with a wrench/ratchet while removing the pipe. The SW sensor placement vs. downpipe mounting bolts is so so so so so much better IMO.
