I thought there was rumor of the possibility of interior and exterior changes to the Taurus for 2018. I was at the dealer the other day and they said they had no knowledge of a updated version coming off the line, one guy claimed there's talk of scrapping the Taurus altogether. Granted, most all my dealings with dealerships have shown they generally don't know their rears from a hole in the ground. What say ye community? I'd like to get another SHO, but it's been the same ol' thing since 2010.

Sorry if this has already been covered, I didn't have a lot of luck with my feeble searching abilities.

Lots of tweakings since the 2013MY, but no significant redesign.  Rumored that the Taurus is only around because of investment in the PI.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Bummer, I'll have to find something that's at least this fast factory but not completely break the bank as well. Plus, some of the fun factor is most people just think it's another lethargic Taurus when you remove the badging.

finding fast is not the hard part LOL.  finding a complete package in all aspects at the price point ... that is difficult.
