What's the best gauge to read? I have three options.
One TCC solenoid pressure
Two TC clutch current
Three TC speed ratio

Thank you guys I think it would be TC speed ratio when it reads one to one? My truck had a read out it would just say locked or unlocked.

Solenoid pressure works good for determining the lockup clutch duty cycle. The higher the pressure the more lockup the PCM is commanding. If you don't see any pressure then the converter is open.

I usually data log solenoid pressure as well as actual slip across converter and desired slip across converter. One will tell you what the PCM is commanding and the other will tell what it actually happening.
