I have a 2013 f150 and recently have been losing boost and only seeing 5-6psi WOT and 12-13psi part throttle. This is constant tuned or stock. I also have been getting a P0299 DTC. Yesterday the truck randomly lost all boost and looking at wastegate percentage it is now always 0%. I have a new boost solenoid and 2 new turbos ready to go on. Is there anything else I should look for that might be a part of this problem?

Welcome dtf1121! Check your wategate hoses that connect to your boost reference solenoid!  They tend to come loose or split sometimes causing mayhem!  Z

I did a boost leak test yesterday. I found small leaks at passenger side pressure line into solenoid at the hot pipe and solenoid to driver side wastegate at wastegate actuator. I'm going to replace these lines while changing turbos, but I don't understand why I now don't even have wastegate spring pressure. I literally have 0 psi under all conditions. I pressurized each actuator to ensure that a wastegate wasn't stuck as well. Previous to these issues, I noticed I had a ltft of .85 on b1 and .96 on b2. These move closer to 1 as load increases.

Snow stage 3 kit, corsa cat back, turbo smart BOV(OEM still connected and tied out of the way), pcv deleted and both valve cover hoses routed into a blow by tank, small hole drilled in cac. When I first noticed that I was losing boost I returned to stock tune and quit using meth kit. Symptoms continued unchanged. I have been planning on changing turbos for awhile, because of damage to a compressor wheel that I assume was caused by previous owners lack of air filter maintenance. I found damage before any problems were evident.
